Even with a 10K URL submission quota - you can only manually submit links through bing portal at rate of 500 URLs per submission! The quota increase is only meaningful if you have wired up IndexNow to automatically submit URLs to bing.
Bing does not appear to automatically scan for sitemap changes (daily) like google! Need to click on "resubmit" for Bing to process - annoying!
